1. I reserve the right to deny any commission

2. A late fee of $5.00 will be implemented if client does not pay upon initial agreed date of payment. An additional $10.00 will be charged as an inconvenience fee if payment exceeds 6 days.

3.  if commercial use is discussed and mutually agreed upon, you have the right to use the final piece for commercial purposes so as long as I agree to its use and so long as the piece itself not being resold in any way

4.  I will never alter a finished piece beyond the client's consent, or resell a piece.

5. Re-uploading without my consent anywhere or claiming to have created the piece itself is forbidden. [Re-uploading does not mean using the picture as a background or icon on any website or service.]

6. I reserve the rights to every piece I create, 
   physically and digitally. Meaning I may use them in physical portfolios, display them at art shows

7.  The process takes a period of 1-6 weeks, and an e-mail will be sent out the day I begin the work and the day I have finished it. Proof of concepts will be provided.

8.  If a piece is not to the client's liking, I will alter it as much as necessary so long as payment is still agreed upon.

9. I only accept PayPal, Cashapp and at events, Square© Reader. Most  cards accepted.
